What is Ab Blast!?
The Ab Blast class is a 30-45 minute workout targeting the abdominal and core area. We will work the obliques (sides), upper and lower abdominal muscles. It will hit you hard from several angles while trimming, tightening, strengthening and toning your core. When seriously working the abs, it is important to add challenge and variety, so the class will use many different techniques to work this important part of the body’s functionality.
The core muscles make it possible to stand upright and move on two feet. These muscles help control movements, transfer energy, shift body weight and move in any direction. The Ab Blast class is an effective program geared on strengthening the entire core area. So enjoy the difference a strong core can make! A strong core will improve your stability, balance, functionality, posture, personal appearance and protect your back.
