What is Core Fitness?
Core fitness includes a quick cardio blast followed by 3 sets of standing and 3 sets of floor based resistance moves specifically designed to really sculpt the abs and improve postural muscles maintaining a healthy back and a trim waist! Gentle mobility work between sets to provide rest whilst keeping the body limber and warm. This, plus the resistance work will still help strengthen and tone the whole body, although the focus is core based.
