What is Zumba?

Zumba is the extremely popular Latin dance craze that has taken the world by storm! Combining hypnotic Latin rhythms with resistance training, it is the perfect way to burn calories, tone up and have fun at the same time!

Dance is the perfect way to tone all over and Zumba is certainly no different. It can help improve rhythm, flexibility, and core strength and is suitable for all fitness levels. 

Zumba classes are 45-60 minute sessions featuring workout music influenced by salsa, flamenco, body energising movements and toning exercises. You are sure to have an absolute blast.

 For results try to take classes 2 times a week and ensure you wear comfortable clothing, easy to move in and supportive footwear appropriate for an indoor fitness studio.
