At the heart of the fitness club is the gym floor, which has been designed so YOU can make the most of your experience. We have made sure to include an array of equipment; including cardiovascular and resistance machines, so you can tailor your workout to your very own needs.

If it’s your muscles you want to build, then why not visit the impressive free weights area, where you can lift up to 50kg dumbbells and barbells, or build your own barbells with our array of free weights. 

Whatever the goal you want to achieve, we can help you do it. If you need assistance or guidance with any piece of equipment why not speak to one of our staff who are on hand to help you out.

Resistance Machines – A variety of machines for your biceps, legs, chest and shoulders.

Cardio Machines – Crosstrainers, Treadmills, Rowing Machines, Bikes, Steppers
